Pelé was to star for Brazil in the 1958, 1962, 1966 and 1970 World Cups. It was the 1958 and 1970 world cup finals, where Pele helped guide the Brazilians to winning thw world cup. Pele is considered by many to be the greatest footballer of all time. Without dount the most skilfull playe rof the world cup finals, Pele showed his brilliance in the 1970 finals as the best player in the tournament.

Pelé was found by the Brazilian international Valdemar de Brito, who had played for Brazil in the 1934 World Cup finals. Pelé played professional soccer for the Brazilian football side Santos for most of his career.
